Bias Busters
This workshop provides tools to address unconscious bias, starting with theory and followed by a participatory exercise using the “Six Thinking Hats” method. Participants will gain strategies for fostering inclusivity in teamwork and decision-making. You can find the references and self-learning resources here in a document. It is a Google Doc and will be updated as we find new resources.

Structural Discrimination
This workshop sheds light on structural discrimination. We describe what is structural discrimination, and give some examples. This is followed by two theatre performances based on two case studies showing how structural discrimination can affect us at all levels. For example, it affects researcher mobility due to visa issues. You can find the references and self-learning resources here in a document. It is a Google Doc and will be updated as we find new resources.
